Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement
1. Subscription Benefits
To support your ongoing health you may subscribe to a specific test through Labcorp OnDemand. A discount applies to all tests eligible for subscription. You can choose a subscription frequency of one (1), three (3), six (6), or twelve (12) months. The subscription price remains fixed regardless of the frequency selected, and includes taxes and shipping fees, if applicable. You can update your test frequency, billing address, shipping address, payment information, or cancel your subscription on your Subscriptions page. You must update your frequency by 6 pm EST on your billing date to avoid being charged. Multiple subscriptions for the same test are not permitted, but there is no limit to the number of subscriptions you can have at one time. Subscribing to a test does not prevent one-time purchases of the same test. Tests must be taken by the purchaser. Subscriptions are non-transferable, and may not be gifted. Promo codes are not eligible for use on subscription products.
2. Automatic Payments and Cancellation
All Labcorp OnDemand subscriptions will remain active until canceled or terminated. There is no option to pause a subscription. The payment method on file will be charged on your billing date until you cancel the subscription, at the frequency you selected. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll continue to receive any orders already processed before cancellation. Labcorp OnDemand subscriptions must be canceled by 6 pm EST on your billing date to avoid being charged. If we’re unable to process your automatic payment, you have eight (8) business days to update your payment information. If you don’t update your payment information within eight (8) business days, your subscription will be canceled. Deleting the payment method associated with your subscription will result in automatic cancellation of the subscription.
3. Eligible Purchases
Not all Labcorp OnDemand products are eligible for subscription, only tests displaying the Subscribe for Savings option are eligible. Labcorp OnDemand reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue eligibility for subscription at any time, without prior notice.
4. Test Expiration
Test purchases are only valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After six (6) months, your purchase will be void and you will no longer be able to visit the lab for testing. Refunds are not provided for purchases that have been voided.
5. Refunds
All subscription products are subject to the Labcorp OnDemand Refund Policy.
6. Termination by Us
Labcorp OnDemand reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
7. Right to Change Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement
Labcorp OnDemand may, at any time and from time to time, in its sole discretion, change the Labcorp Subscription User Agreement, in whole or in part. You agree to review the Subscription User Agreement periodically. Any changes to the Subscription User Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement. You agree to comply with, and be bound by, the modified Labcorp OnDemand Subscription User Agreement by continuing your subscriptions.
